I make AI clear.
And, above all — working.

Andrew Maryasov. 25+ years in business automation: I started with accounting, then CRM implementation (1,500+ projects for 1,200+ companies through Auspex), and the last 3 years — fully in AI. No hype, with measurable metrics.

A quarter century of one profession.

I've been automating businesses since the late 90s. The tools changed — accounting systems, CRM, now AI. The essence didn't: find where money leaks, and remove the routine.

90-тіeducation

Lviv Polytechnic

Higher technical education. That’s also where my first professional focus came from: automating bookkeeping and management accounting, back when businesses were only learning to count themselves in software rather than in notebooks.

2000-ніprocesses

From accounting to processes

A quarter century ago, “implementing a system” meant taking the business apart to the last screw: who does what, where money leaks, what can be lifted off people. That lens stayed for good — the tools have changed three times since.

My own company: CRM

Founded a CRM implementation company — today it’s Auspex. Over these years — 1,500+ projects for 1,200+ companies, Bitrix24 partner awards several years in a row, a team that lives in clients’ processes.

2023AI

Full focus on AI

LLMs changed the rules: tasks that required a team of developers became available to businesses of any size. The last 3 years — fully in AI: agents, multi-agent systems, RAG.

Advisory + two brands

I build the strategy personally with owners. Implementation is run by Auspex (CRM) and Grow2.ai (AI agents). In parallel, I run my own AI operating system — on myself, every day.

How I work.

Four convictions that shape every project of mine. If even one doesn't fit you — we're not a match.

01

First discovery, then code.

Often the most useful outcome of the first call is “you don’t need this right now.” AI isn’t for everyone. Better $0 for honesty than a budget for an unnecessary solution.

02

Small launch, real data.

An MVP on a real process, an honest metric. Didn’t work — losses are minimal. Worked — we scale with the numbers already in hand.

03

No black boxes.

I hand over all prompts, architecture, metrics. Your team should understand how it works. I don’t want to be “the only person who knows how to fix it.”

04

Metric > demo.

A demo is pretty. A metric is honest. Every project starts by defining KPIs before launch — and success is measured by them, not by the impression from the presentation.

My AI operating system.

I don’t retell other people’s articles — I’ve lived for half a year on my own system of agents and only advise what I run on myself every day.

Skills coded

90% of the result is a well-described context of the task and goals, not a clever prompt.

Daily LLM limit

A hard cap, because costs drift quietly. Discipline matters more than budget.

AI output — into work

The share of generated output that goes into action with minimal edits. The rest — into the bin, honestly.

Behind me — years of offline talks and webinars on CRM and automation, going back to the Ukrainian market. Now the same format, but online. Want to invite me — write; announcements will be in the newsletter and the Grow2.ai Telegram channel.
