A quarter century of one profession.
I've been automating businesses since the late 90s. The tools changed — accounting systems, CRM, now AI. The essence didn't: find where money leaks, and remove the routine.
Lviv Polytechnic
Higher technical education. That’s also where my first professional focus came from: automating bookkeeping and management accounting, back when businesses were only learning to count themselves in software rather than in notebooks.
From accounting to processes
A quarter century ago, “implementing a system” meant taking the business apart to the last screw: who does what, where money leaks, what can be lifted off people. That lens stayed for good — the tools have changed three times since.
My own company: CRM
Founded a CRM implementation company — today it’s Auspex. Over these years — 1,500+ projects for 1,200+ companies, Bitrix24 partner awards several years in a row, a team that lives in clients’ processes.
Full focus on AI
LLMs changed the rules: tasks that required a team of developers became available to businesses of any size. The last 3 years — fully in AI: agents, multi-agent systems, RAG.
Advisory + two brands
I build the strategy personally with owners. Implementation is run by Auspex (CRM) and Grow2.ai (AI agents). In parallel, I run my own AI operating system — on myself, every day.
