First — how to think. Then — what to implement.
Together we find where AI gives your business real leverage, and we build the strategy. You launch the implementation with a team I trust — Auspex or Grow2.ai.
Who this helps.
SMB owners
A business of 5–50 people. You hear about AI everywhere and want neither to fall behind nor to burn budget on hype.
COOs
You're looking for where AI will really cut the cycle and the load on the team — without endless experiments.
Function leads
Marketing, sales or service. You need to understand what AI changes specifically in your function, and where to start.
Why AI doesn't «take off».
It's almost never about the tool. Here's what I see most often on the first calls.
«I can see everyone around me doing something with AI. But I don't understand where to start — or whether I even need it at all.»
AI where there is no process is just faster chaos
An agent amplifies what already works. If the rules are undefined, it simply automates the mess. First — process and priorities, then the tool.
A tool is not yet a strategy
The question is not «which LLM to choose», but «where exactly in your business AI gives leverage». On the first calls this is question №1 — and the answer is almost never where it's expected.
Budget is easy to pour in the wrong place
Money for AI often goes into a flashy demo, not the task that actually saves time. Without an applicability map, funding the wrong thing is the easiest outcome.
What this is not.
So you don't waste time if you're looking for something else.
Not turnkey implementation
I don't build you an agent or set up your CRM. That's what Auspex and Grow2.ai are for — that's where I hand off the strategy.
Not a course or a lecture
This is work on your specific situation, not general education about AI. A course is being prepared separately — /courses.
Not an agency with a presale
An advisor is not delegated. You work with me — with no «project manager» between us.
Not «AI instead of strategy»
I won't sell you a tool if the problem isn't in the tools. Sometimes the honest answer is «you don't need this».
How we work.
Before · ~1 week
A short brief and access to context: processes, numbers, pains. I show up prepared, not «to get acquainted».
Session
We figure out where AI gives leverage and where it's just noise. We come out with a priority map and decisions — not with «we'll think about it».
After
A strategy document. If implementation is needed — I hand it off to Auspex/Grow2 with a ready brief and stay in touch.
Duration — from a single session (90 min) to an ongoing retainer. It all depends on how deep we need to go.
Concrete artifacts, not «clarity».
You leave the session not with a feeling of «that was interesting», but with documents the team works from.
Priority map
Where to look first — without «everything at once».
Applicability map
Where AI gives leverage and where it's just noise. Two columns, honestly.
Roadmap for 6–12 months
A prioritized plan, not a list of trendy ideas.
Strategy document
One the team works from on Monday, not «that was interesting».
Implementation brief
Ready for Auspex or Grow2 — without retelling everything from scratch.
An honest «no»
If AI won't deliver ROI — I'll say so before you pay.
With me directly.
An advisor is not delegated. On the call — me, not a «project manager».
Andrew Maryasov. AI consultant and founder of Auspex and Grow2.ai. I advise not from theory: every day I build agents in production and run my own fleet of AI systems — a multi-agent orchestrator, an autonomous AI sysadmin, RAG on knowledge bases. On the call you talk to someone who does this hands-on, not someone retelling other people's articles.
Three levels of involvement.
From a one-off call to an ongoing advisor. Prices are ranges — I give the exact figure after a short brief.
One call, one decision
A one-off strategy session for those who want to quickly understand where to look first.
- 90 minutes of one-on-one conversation
- A breakdown of one specific question or process
- Priority map: where to look first
- Session recording + short notes
- No obligation to go further
From chaos to a 6–12 month plan
Project work: an audit, an applicability map and a prioritized roadmap. The most common choice.
- Everything from the consultation, plus:
- An audit of processes and current tools
- Applicability map: where AI is useful, where not
- Prioritized roadmap for 6–12 months
- 2–3 working sessions + a strategy document
- Handoff to implementation (Auspex / Grow2) with a brief
I'm your AI advisor on an ongoing basis
Monthly access for teams that move fast and want to sanity-check decisions. Minimum 3 months.
- Everything from the strategy, plus:
- Monthly strategy sessions
- Review of decisions and priorities
- Messenger access between sessions
- Implementation support from the strategy side
- Quarterly review of direction
Not included: the implementation itself (code, CRM setup, integrations) — that's Auspex / Grow2.ai. Prices in USD. On site — travel and lodging billed separately.
Who I'm not a fit for.
The most honest section on the page. If you recognize yourself — we'll save time for both of us.
- You're looking for the cheapest contractor for implementation. I don't compete on rate — I work on the decision.
- You need «hands», not strategy. If the decision is already made — go straight to Auspex or Grow2.ai.
- You expect AI to compensate for a bad product or a broken process. It won't, and I'll say so honestly.
- You're not ready to commit team time to the brief and sessions. Without your context, strategy = guesswork.
The questions I hear most often.
Do you do implementation or only advise?
How does a consultation differ from a strategy?
Online or on site?
What do I get «in hand»?
Why are prices ranges?
How do I choose a level?
Which markets and languages do you work with?
Shall we talk about your situation?
Leave a request — I'll look at the context and reply on which level makes sense. Or I'll suggest right away that you not pay, if you don't need a strategy now.
I read every request personally. I reply within a business day.
Strategy — with me. Hands — here.
Decision already made and you just need it done? Don't spend time on a strategy session — go straight to the relevant brand.
