In short: the site content is mine. Do not treat it as individual advice. Real obligations exist only in a contract.

1. Acceptance of terms

By using the amaryasov.expert site, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree — do not use the site.

2. About the site

The site belongs to Andrew Maryasov, an AI consultant. Contact: hello@amaryasov.expert.

The site contains:

• Information about services (AI consulting, AI agents, business-process automation).
• Cases, articles, educational materials.
• Contact and blog-subscription forms.
• Links to related brands — Auspex (CRM) and Grow2.ai (community).

3. Intellectual property

All texts, design, code, and logos on the site are my property or licensed materials. Protected by the copyright law of Ukraine, the EU, and the US.

3.1 What you may do

• Read and print for personal use.
• Quote with a link to the source (no more than 1500 characters).
• Share a link on social media.
• Use the ideas and concepts — they are not protected.

3.2 What you may not do without consent

• Republish articles in full in other sources.
• Use images, diagrams, or mockups for commercial purposes.
• Copy the site design or code as a template.
• Train AI models on the content without written permission (see /llms.txt).

4. User content

If you fill out the contact form or subscribe to the blog:

• You warrant that the data is accurate and belongs to you.
• You grant me the right to contact you to respond to your request.
• I do not publish your data without separate permission.
• Processing details are in the Privacy Policy.

5. Disclaimer

The site content is educational and marketing in nature. It is not:

• Individual consultation.
• Legal, financial, medical, or tax advice.
• A guarantee of results for a specific business.

The cases and figures are real, but the context of your business is unique. The effect of an AI rollout depends on dozens of factors: the team, the data, the processes, and the discipline of execution. Real obligations regarding results exist only in a signed contract.

6. Limitation of liability

I make reasonable efforts to keep the information accurate and current. However:

• The site is provided «as is».
• I do not guarantee uninterrupted operation (planned updates, issues at Cloudflare, force majeure).
• I am not liable for indirect damages from the use of information on the site.
• The maximum amount of liability is limited to the amount paid for services (if a contract has been concluded).

This limitation does not waive the rights granted to you as a consumer under the law of Ukraine / the EU.

7. Third-party links

The site contains links to third-party resources (LinkedIn, Telegram, GitHub, Medium, partner brands). I do not control their content and am not responsible for it. Following them is at your own risk.

8. Prohibited actions

On the site it is prohibited to:

• Attempt unauthorized access, scanning, or exploits.
• Carry out automated data collection (scraping) without written permission — except for robots.txt-compliant crawlers.
• Spam through the contact form (banners, advertising of a third-party business without a request).
• Use the site for illegal activity.

For a violation I reserve the right to block access and to report to the relevant authorities.

9. AI crawlers

AI bots (GPTBot, Claude-Web, PerplexityBot, Google-Extended, etc.) are allowed to index public content. Details are in /robots.txt and /llms.txt. This means my content may be cited in the answers of AI assistants. I deliberately allow this — but I ask that attribution be kept.

10. Changes to the terms

I may change the terms. If the changes are material, I will put a new date at the top of the page and show a banner. If you are an active client, I will notify you by email. If you continue to use the site after changes, you agree to the new version.

11. Jurisdiction

Disputes are resolved in accordance with the law of Ukraine. If you are an EU resident, the relevant protective rules of your country apply.
